Christmas Card Photoshoot 2006

Every year I think 'this will be the year I will make the PERFECT Christmas Card. The girls will look so cute and give me 100% co-operation.' Every year they do look cute, but co-operation is a BAD WORD! It started with Higgins. He was to be in this year's picture. As you'll see when the cards arrive, he's not. He thought the girls put on pretty dresses just for him to bite and chew on. He had to spend the duration of the shoot in his kennel. Actually, I have to give Taris credit, she really tried hard, even though the cheesy fake smile is not the one I was going for, she mostly sat and did what I told her too. Darice, on the other hand, was this year's Christmas picture problem. It's like she knew exactly what she was doing. They'd both be sitting, smiling and looking adorable, I'd just about snap the shot and Darcie would get up laughing like she was the funniest thing around. All I could do was laugh, I should know by now that this is never an easy task! Here are a few samples for you to enjoy.
